After a set time (2 months if you sign up independently & 3 months if your firm and additional agents sign up), CasaTrove will ask you if you want to continue client maintenance fees for a client.
You control the decision on whether to continue client maintenance fees on a client-by-client basis, and we will provide you with analytical reports detailing how much each client has used the application and seen your marketing before you decide.
We hope that its a good value to have your marketing continually in front of your clients and your clients' family and friends within the CasaTrove application. However, even if decide not to pay client maintenance fees for a client your client will still be able to use the application.
Not every client is the same, so CasaTrove gives you control over a number of things that you can customize on a client-by-client basis.
Plus, of course, you can add in your logo and your business card. When you do, the clients will see only your logo at the top of the screen when they log in. You can even have a different logo presented on the business card you create within CasaTrove, that is displayed to clients when they use the application.
