The homeowner gets to control who sees the announcement and what is and is not on it (price paid for example). You get your business card in front of the client's friends and family.

It's very easy to set up for each client. You have to:
There are more options you can choose from to better control the client's experience, but it takes less than 1 minute to provide CasaTrove to a client.
Distributing to clients is FREE. After a month we'll ask you if you want to continue showing your brand to the client within the app. We also give you analytic tools to determine if the client is using CasaTrove. If you choose to keep your branding in the app, we will charge you a small client maintenance fee that you can pay monthly or yearly for that client. Please note there is an additional fee to use CasaTrove as a way to gather testimonials and reviews from clients.
In this way, you can distribute to the clients for free, and then only pay for those clients that you wish to continue to market to within the application.
If you choose not to continue marketing to the client within the app, the client can continue to use CasaTrove. However, all of your branding will be removed and the dedicated "Realty" page will be removed where the client can contact you or provide you with referrals. Additionally, any existing and new PhotoShare pages and Move-In Announcements created by the client and shared with friends, will no longer feature your business card.
Yes. You can have your firm's logo displayed on top of the application, and your own personal business's logo displayed on your business card within the application

You can download the app directly, however, you must be set up by us first as a real estate agent before you can have access to the parts of the app designed for Real Estate Pros. So if you do just download the app, you will see it from the perspective of an end-user - but without any real estate branding.
