CasaTrove is free to distribute to clients, provided the real estate firm is willing to send out CasaTrove to a majority of clients following a closed house sales. After a set amount of months, the agent will be presented with an option to continue their branding on the client's version of CasaTrove. CasaTrove presents those agents with a dashboard of upcoming client renewals and usage statistics so the agent can make an informed decision. If the agent does choose to continue their association with the client's CasaTrove profile, that agent will be charged a nominal monthly or yearly fee for the continued marketing to that client.

Yes. If your firm signs up, you can have your firm logo at the top for clients. Agents also have the opportunity to upload logos of their own for their individual business cards that appear throughout the application.
Yes. We offer integration services that will work with your IT team or your IT vendors to integrate CasaTrove as needed.
Yes. It is true that not all clients will use the application on a frequent basis if you give it to them. Regardless of the frequency of use, the value is in the long-term client engagement. If a client uses this once a year to track paint colors, that is enough to remind them of the value that was provided by their agent. Additionally, many of CasaTrove's client engagement tools do not rely on the client to be actively using the application. For example, an agent can quickly set up customized recurring, yearly reminders for a client that go out regardless if the client is using the app. These reminders will all have the business card of the agent.
The client will continue to have access to the application and all of the information they have stored in the application. However, the client will no longer see the business card of the agent embedded in the app or in reminders, will no longer have the ability to request service referrals from the app, and will no longer see the contact info of the realtor within the app. Additionally, the realty firm's logo - which shown to all clients within the app - will be replaced with the CasaTrove logo.
