It can cost as little as $0 to get value from CasaTrove, and there is never a financial risk to provide CasaTrove to your clients.  

In general, it is always free to send CasaTrove to your clients.   That said, there are scenarios where fees are involved:

• If you use CasaTrove to request a testimonial from your client, we will charge you a low fee for each customer that submits a testimonial (we also have volume pricing deals available).    If a customer does not respond to your testimonial request, you will NOT BE CHARGED for that customer's testimonial.   If a customer does respond and submits a testimonial, then the small fee CasaTrove charges you will keep your branding in front of the client for 1 year.

• If you provide CasaTrove to a client as a thank you gift, there is no initial charge. After a month, we ask that you make a decision on whether you want to keep your branding in front of the client within the application.   If you want to continue to keep your branding in front of the customer, we will charge you a small fee.   If you opt to turn off your branding* for that client, there will be no charge for that.   

• If your business has a high volume of clients, and a per-transaction fee isn't ideal, we also have volume pricing deals that allow you to send out to all of your customers for a flat monthly or yearly fee.

*If you do turn off the branding, the customer can continue to use the CasaTrove app and can still access any service record you pre-loaded - but will no longer see your branding, will no longer be able to use the app to contact you or refer you to others, will no longer see your custom page within the app, and will start to see ads within the app.
