1) You Use CasaTrove to Capture a Digital Record of the Service You Provided to the Client

Using our web tools or our supplier app, it is very easy to document the services you provided to the client.  You can just take a couple of pictures, or provide detailed records.

Using templates it is very quick to create or customize a testimonial request that you can send to the client.

3) Share Request with Customer

CasaTrove's testimonial engine creates a unique link for the testimonial that you can share with your client via text or email.   The link also helps us manage and connect testimonials that come in so that we can automatically associate them with a home profile created for the client.

4) Customer Spends 1-2 Minutes Completing a Testimonial

The customer is presented with the request for a testimonial.   They do not have to have a login or do anything other than click on the link you send.   As part fo the testimonial process they will indicate whether or not you can use their information in your marketing, how they prefer to be featured if they say yes, and we even ask them if they are willing to be a reference client for you.
